What you will be doing
Compliance Team Support
- Provide administration support to Compliance team
- Assist with following up deadlines for various compliance responses from Advisers/Branches
- Assist with the production of reports
- Assist in the management of files/ document management
- Diary management for Compliance Advisers where required
- Assist in the production of communication of any updates / changes of legislation to Morgans offices in identified area
Professional Year Program Support
Provide administration support to Morgans Professional Year (PY) Team in relation to:
- Professional Year coordination and ongoing progress tracking
- Assessing application and qualifications
- Initial triage of milestone exit criteria evidence
- External PY platform account coordination
- Phone screening external expressions of interest for suitability within Morgans Branch network.
Adviser Network Development & Monitoring
- Targeted communication to Advisers / Professional Year employees in response to progress monitoring across various initiatives
- Adviser Academy concept administration support
- Updating relevant databases to maintain network data accuracy
- Completing additional tasks as required by business needs
What you will bring
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels across the business
- Sound problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to own a process from start to finish and identify improvement opportunities
- High level of integrity & ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Knowledge of the workings of Australian equity financial markets advantageous
