We are a successful and expanding IT support company requiring additional IT Legends to support our growing customer base.
We have a dedicated team with a positive culture and have been supporting business IT environments in Australia and NZ for more than 26 years.
We are now looking for motivated, enthusiastic, somewhat quirky, good communicators to join our team.
The Role
These are not traditional "Help Desk" roles dealing with basic end-user problems. For the right candidates, these roles involve troubleshooting and resolving issues with core infrastructure applications including email, anti-virus, backup, troubleshooting network and VPN issues and may also include performing work on site, face to face representing the company.
We will require you to work with the following technologies:
• Microsoft Windows Servers
• VMware / Hyper V
• Office 365 & Google Apps
• Microsoft Exchange Server
• Windows 10 / 11 clients & environments
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Internet Connections / ADSL / VPNs / Wireless hardware
• Corporate Antivirus Solutions
• Tape Backup Devices & Software such as Backup Exec
• IBM/HP/DELL Server Hardware, accessories and RAID etc
• Strong desktop support & troubleshooting skills is a must
Other considerations:
- MS-102 Certification would be highly regarded
- Experience with MAC systems is an advantage
Candidate Requirements
The successful applicants must be self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills. You must have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks, be organized and willing to work.
You must have minimum 1-2 years proven experience in supporting Microsoft platforms, applications and client systems in commercial environments. Applicants with certifications will be given preference but is not essential.
These are customer facing roles and customer service is paramount in our company, so you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to carry out tasks as directed, so strong self-management, listening skills and the ability to work autonomously is essential.

A base salary of between $50 - $65k (excluding Super) is offered depending on your proven skills / experience.
Travel, + other benefits, are also paid. These roles also include 10 days Professional Development leave per year (in addition to Annual Leave).
Ability to travel to remote sites for short stays will be required but will provide a wealth of experience.
