The role
As a versatile team member for our Organisational Development, Change, and Inclusion Team, with responsibilities spanning various HR disciplines. Provide guidance to Department of Health divisions on topics such as diversity, flexible working, workplace adjustments, and support for employees impacted by Domestic and Family Violence.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:

  • Uphold contemporary HR principles including equity, anti-discrimination, workplace safety, and ethical conduct.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on best practices aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Manage projects, logistics, and program design and facilitation as required.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by providing accurate, timely, and authoritative support.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and strategic documents.
  • Offer expert advice on effective management and resolution of challenges and initiatives.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
  • Strong communication skills for expert HR advice, presentations, and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to complete work within agreed timeframes, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • While not mandatory, experience in diversity and inclusion related projects and initiatives would be well regarded.
