UniMelb Talent Acquisition is in search of a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor, equipped with a stellar track record in end-to-end recruitment. The University of Melbourne is a global leader across fundamental and impactful research and education. This is a hybrid work environment position - 3 days per week at the Parkville Office.

About you 
Fueled by a passion for knowledge, coupled with your adept skills in influence, you will contribute industry expertise and a consultative mindset to comprehend the unique business requirements. 

  • You've successfully handled recruitment from start to finish, showing your ability to navigate the process and supporting the stakeholders during the implementation of changes.  
  • You're familiar with and can apply the best recruitment policies and practices to ensure things run smoothly. 
  • You're comfortable using recruitment tracking systems, and other online systems for job posting. 
  • You're skilled in sourcing great candidates through online searches, talent pools and advertising. 
  • If you have experience in academic or education field recruitment, that's a big plus for us, but not mandatory.

This role requires current valid work rights for Australia. 

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
