- Carrying out business advisory work, including tax planning, management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, estate planning, and other advisory work as required
- Accurately advising on complex tax matters
- Managing a growing list of SMEs
- Building client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Efficiently managing and training junior staff

- Above average tax knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Efficiency using XERO accounting software
- Highly organised and excellent time management
