About The FirmOur client is arguable one of the largest Accounting Firm globally, is a leading audit, Tax and Advisory firm where care is just as important as capability. Our client is looking for a Senior Manager business services with a focus on the private clients to join their Melbourne CBD team.
About The Role
Understanding how to grow our clients’ business means you will get involved a broad range of activities including:
- Managing a portfolio offering a variety of international clients, corporate and privately owned businesses and collaborating with the teams across the firm
- Building close working relationships with our clients to provide proactive solutions
- Develop and implement commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals
- Develop and inspire a team consisting of associates and senior associates
- Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and build the specialisation you wish to develop
- 4-6 years' experience in a CA firm environment, 2nd tier and big4 preferred
- CA/CPA Qualified with a solid accounting degree or similar
- We are looking for someone driven to take our service offering to the next level
- Experience in leading the delivery of high quality and robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
- Demonstrated flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
