About this team
The Digital Marketing team is a tight knit team responsible for the short and long-term performance and growth of our Australia & New Zealand performance marketing channels. We manage a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We're experts in digital and make decisions based on data to ensure we strive to hit business KPIs.
A day in the life:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Affiliate and Influencer Specialist is responsible for delivering and implementing campaigns across the performance marketing channel mix. The key responsibilities are:
- Work with our Affiliate and Influencer Network Vendors on always-on and campaign strategies
- Work with the networks to maintain an up-to-date affiliate & influencer campaign calendar, detailing affiliate promotions and placements
- Maintain strong relationships with our Network Vendor and Publishers - collaboratively identify new opportunities and optimizations to maximize performance
- Coordinate Affiliate and Influencer communication by ensuring all have the assets and information required to efficiently promote lululemon
- Monitor and analyse performance against key KPIs and make suggestions for optimisation
- Proactive publisher and Influencer recruitment in collaboration with network partners
- Regular quality control and exposure auditing across all publishers on the program
- Reporting on Affiliate and Influencer channel performance and campaigns
- Maintain full ownership of the sales validation process, ensuring affiliate orders are being approved/declined in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with the latest Affiliate and Influencer Marketing trends and investigate appropriate opportunities
- Cross Team Collaboration with the wider Digital and Brand Marketing teams
- Help to optimize and refine Influencer Marketing processes in AUNZ
- Ensure publishers and Influencers adhere to brand guidelines and core processes
- Manage product seeding and Influencer gifting process
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years hands on experience in affiliate or Influencer Marketing
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Agency or network experience desired but not a must.
- Proficient in reporting & analytics tools like Adobe Analytics
- Experience working with top affiliate networks like Commission Factory/Awin, Rakuten, CJ, etc.
- Experience with working with Influencer networks like LTK, Stylink etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on what matters
- Experience in writing briefs and working with Creative teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence others
