Reporting to the Senior Management, this role will be responsible for the overall management of the aftersales Department ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable. You will also be responsible for maintaining good employee and client relations whilst operating within ethical guidelines and in line with our company values.
Duties will include:
- Motivating, leading and developing the sales team
- Establishing and managing sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling.
- Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
- Ensuring that all sales objectives are achieved as well as full compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards
- Contributing to the profitability of the New & Used Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of aftercare products
About you:
If you are someone that takes pride in their communication, leadership and customer service skills as well as has a passion for the automotive industry and sales – we are looking for you!
The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and a proven track record and experience in this role. However someone with a sales history maybe considered.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work collaboratively with the sales teams to achieve Dealership sales targets. In return, you will receive a generous salary plus a commission and bonus package, company drive car with fuel card.
