The Burton Automotive Group are a Hunter Valley based dealership group which has been proudly family owned and operated since 1963. We have our brand new GWM Haval showroom almost complete in Cardiff and are looking to add an enthusiastic, customer focused, high performing Aftermarket Sales Consultant to compliment our team.
Your role and responsibilities include:
- Being a member of a team that has a primary role of delivering a superior customer service experience, every time
- Selling, promoting and arranging application of aftermarket products to new vehicles including but not limited to, paint and interior protection, dash cams, electronics and window tint
- Answering phones, following up on customer enquiries and general duties to enhance customer experience
- Strategise with team members on deliverables promised to customers to ensure all commitments are met and their purchase experience is a memorable one
- Using an efficient, professional yet ethical sales and follow up process to exceed sales targets

What you need to possess:
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong verbal and digital communication skills
- A drive to achieve sales targets and further your personal development
- Current NSW drivers licence
- A strong sales background, doesn't need to be in this exact field but experience is an advantage.
