THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity for a Training Specialist to join the Aftersales Dealer Development team here at Jayco Australia!
The Primary purpose of this position is to design, deliver, administrate, and evaluate training structures, programs, materials, and eLearning content, for Jayco Dealerships and our wider Service Agent network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver face to face, remote and online training.
- Develop, implement, and manage technical & Aftersales Training content and courses.
- Develop and implement the Jayco Certified Technician training program and qualifications.
- Develop and release online training content, videos and repair information to the Jayco
- Dealership and Agent network via the Jayco eLearning platform.
- Coordinate the Jayco Recognised Prior Learning program for technicians within the Jayco network.
- Continually drive engagement and utilisation of the Jayco Academy and eLearning platform across the Jayco Aftersales Network.
- Organise accommodation, transport and catering for all training attendees.
- Develop and maintain training equipment and resources.
- Maintain training attendance and assessment records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developing training programs/materials of specialist technical skills and knowledge required to service and repair Jayco products.
- Continually seek to expand technical skills and knowledge of the products to ensure development and deliverables of training materials/programs are specific to caravans.
- Conduct regular updates to training programs/materials that reflect product changes and continuous improvement.
- Monitor, report, and communicate training completion rates to ensure pre-determined targets are met.
ABOUT YOU
- Have previous professional training experience within a similar industry.
- Technical knowledge or ownership of a caravan preferred.
- Strong familiarity of dealerships of a similar industry.
- Knowledge of the training process and environment.
- Strong eye for detail, decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keeps abreast of technology and product innovation, building on skills and knowledge.
- Experience with the design, development, and delivery of training systems, including eLearning.
- Availability for domestic travel where required.
