Response Employment and Training is growing, and we are seeking passionate Trainers and Assessors to join us in delivering high-quality vocational training across the NT. Based in Darwin, this role involves extensive travel to remote communities, offering a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a difference.
About Us:
Response Employment and Training is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education. We specialise in Certificate III and Certificate IV Community Services programs, providing vital skills and knowledge to those working in Aged Care and Disability care.
About the Role:
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a crucial role in delivering and assessing vocational training, mentoring students both in person and online. Your workplace experience in Aged Care or disability care, coupled with your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain it), will be instrumental in guiding our students to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective vocational training and assessment.
- Mentor and coach students.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA standards.
- Maintain clear communication with students and team members.
- Travel extensively across the Northern Territory.
