SalaryJunior Business Development Representative - (Psychiatry Sector) ACM Healthcare is working on behalf of a Psychiatry Telehealth Practice based in Bondi Junction. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a BDM / Junior Business Development Representative in the mental health sector. This position will primarily focus on acquiring new referral sources, building lasting relationships with our referrers, and exploring new opportunities within the field. The successful candidate will play a significant role in managing key relationships, recruiting talented clinicians, conducting research on contacts and organizations, and supporting various tasks relating to Business Development. Job Description: Proactively source, pursue and establish relationships with new referral sources within the Psychiatry Sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with current referrers to ensure continued business growth. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the mental health sector to expand our client base. Foster and manage key relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategies for business growth. Conduct research to identify potential contacts and organizations within the mental health sector. Coordinate and attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation. Essential criteria: - Previous experience in Business Development, sales, or marketing. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Excellent research and analytical skills to identify potential contacts and organizations. - Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. - Familiarity with psychiatry terminology, industry trends, and referral processes is a plus. - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
