- Aid in clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
- Deliver the highest quality, person-first, care to residents.
- Report directly to the RN in charge.
- Liaise with all clinical staff, support staff, residents and their families, and allied health professionals in relation to the provision of resident care
- Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
- Family and resident education
- Infection control and prevention
- Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
