Caulfield House SRS is the low-care nursing home in 509 Kooyong Road, Elsternwick, VIC 3185. We are currently looking for confident and reliable PCA workers across the VIC, who are able to cover Morning & Afternoon shift on each week Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sunday and stand by to cover more shift in a week.
Qualifications & experience
- Qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an Aged Care clinical placement
- Previous experience in a PCA role in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
- Good communication skills
- Patience and ability to build relationship with residents
- Police check, First Aid and CPR certificate
Tasks & responsibilities
- Daily personal care based on the individual care plan
- Cleaning and Laundry
- Meal Preparation and eating supervision
- Complete paper work and documentation based on the Facility policy
- Social communication with family and residents
Working Time
Morning shift: 0700am to 1400pm
Afternoon Shift: 1500pm to 2200pm.
