Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Maintain roster via Trionline and send daily report to Head Office
- Maintain staff and resident files
- Supporting General Manager in day-to-day tasks and diary management
- General typing, minute taking and data entry
- Stationery ordering
- Assisting with training schedules
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries
Essential Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity through well-developed organisational and time management skills.
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Ability to learn internal software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
- Willingness to assist with all resident, representative and staff enquiries.
- Commitment to professional development and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- A probationary period up to 6 months will apply.
- Attendance and completion of training will be required.
- National Police Check.

- Experience of working in Aged Care.
- Dementia experience.
- Experience using LeeCare and Trionline
