Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating the delivery of nursing and personal care services.
- Possesses a high level of motivation and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Displays empathy, treating individuals with dignity and respect while ensuring adherence to Aged Care Standards.
- Exhibits an excellent proficiency in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products and Clinical Software.
- Applies a solid understanding of and adheres to WH&S principles in the provision of nursing and personal care services.
- Holds a current National Police Check
- Hold APHRA registration
- Up-to-date with the current flu vaccination.
