InclusiveAge Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team. This role is pivotal in providing case management and supervising support workers to deliver exceptional care to our aged clients, helping them to live safely and comfortably within their homes in their communities.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive case management for clients.
- Supervise and support workers in delivering high-quality services.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Team to ensure top-notch care delivery.
- Negotiable hours of work to accommodate the right candidate’s schedule.
- Promote the values and ethos of InclusiveAge Services with understanding and empathy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aged Care sector.
- Proven experience in AGED CARE and home care settings.
- AHPRA registered Nurse without conditions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster educational leadership.
- Strong commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Skilled in developing care plans and managing home care budgets.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed computer and documentation abilities.
