About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and caring people, with a genuine interest in a career in Aged Care, for multiple, part-time traineeship opportunities with IRT. There are positions available across our Aged Care Centres in:
- Sydney (Kirrawee, Macarthur, Auburn)
- Illawarra (Woonona, Tarrawanna, Wollongong, Kanahooka)
- Shoalhaven (Nowra, Culburra Beach, St Georges Basin, Milton)
- Eurobodalla (Batemans Bay, Moruya, Dalmeny)
This exciting program is for a minimum of 24 months, and includes undertaking a Certificate III Individual Support, delivered by IRT Academy, whilst gaining on-the-job experience and secure employment in a rapidly growing industry.
- A commitment to undertaking the Certificate III in Individual support qualification
- A big heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- A passion to begin your career in the Aged Care sector
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and/or early evenings
To be eligible for a traineeship candidates must:
- Be living or wokring in NSW
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
