We have a proud history of delivering service excellence to the Australian aged community. Finncare offers Home Care services throughout the greater Brisbane, Logan and areas.
The Opportunities
As a Home Care Worker you will have a varied and rewarding role. For example :
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, enhancing their lives
- Help clients with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and other light housework;
- Assist clients by transporting them to appointments and undertaking personal shopping;
- Support in the development of a consumer driven care plan.
We currently have work available in the following regions:
- Redlands
- Brisbane South and Brisbane North
- Greater Logan area
- West Moreton
About you
To be suited to the roles, you will have:
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
- A passion for providing care to vulnerable and aged people
A current driver's licence, fully insured and reliable vehicle for work purposes (km's paid)
- Physical capacity to carry out the duties required, including house duties
- The ability to obtain a National Police Check, a current Influenza vaccination and COVID vaccinations.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
