Exciting Opportunity in Our Finance Team: Aged Receivables Specialist
TVH is expanding its finance team in Melbourne (Scoresby/Mulgrave), and we’re looking for an energetic individual to take a leading role in our Aged Receivables (AR) while also providing support for our Aged Payables (AP) operations. This role is your chance to dive deep into the world of finance, honing your skills and contributing to the financial health of our company.
What You'll Do:
- Aged Receivables Management: Take charge of managing customer payments, ensuring timely collection, and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
- Support Aged Payables: Assist with verifying supplier invoices, ensuring correct GL coding, and managing payment schedules to maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Data Mastery: Utilize your data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, supported by your proficiency in Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
