Pen Plus is an innovative & progressive allied health business operating across 3 locations on the glorious Mornington Peninsula, supporting children and people of all ages to achieve goals and live their best lives.
Under the Pen Plus umbrella, we offer a range of support, including speech pathology, occupational therapy, teacher of the deaf, early intervention education and allied health assistant services, and education programs run for parents, carers, teachers and allied health.
Our team works collaboratively across disciplines. When walking around the clinic you will see cross-discipline conversations occurring in the resource room, joint assessments and inclusive groups.

We are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with our amazing group of Therapists.
The position is a mixture of clinical work, supervision and support for the team
You will be part of the Senior Leadership and Management Team of Pen Plus.
Together with the other Team Leaders, we will design, direct, and support the development of Pen Plus.
You will have opportunities to run projects, develop programs and run professional development.
You’ll need.
A professional qualification in Occupational therapy and current membership with AHPRA and OTA
Drivers license
The drive to collaborate with the Pen Plus team to develop innovative services that empower our community to live life to the fullest.
Experience in leading teams, supporting development, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Early intervention experience is advantageous.
Peninsula Plus works across its locations in Dromana, Mornington and Frankston.
