I am seeking an Agile Business Analyst - Australian Citizen for a public sector client in Melbourne to take up a 6 months contract with a view of extension.


Your day at NTT

  • Demonstrated track-record of analysing and optimising radio communication systems and other key operational technologies.
  • Proficiency in assessing technical requirements, capabilities, and constraints of policing operational technology systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Experience in maintaining and managing product backlogs, including refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritising features based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
  • Hands-on experience in spring planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives ceremonies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and deliver increments of working software iteratively.
  • Proven experience in engaging and clearly communicating with a variety of stakeholders at varying levels, including Key Business stakeholders, Executive level, and Technical Specialists.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify root causes of technology related challenges and recommend effective solutions.


What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Jira, and familiarity with Agile software development practices.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and requirements engineering principles, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements tin a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • MUST HAVE Australian Citizen and happy to obtain Security Clearance.
