Agile Delivery Lead - Customer Team OutcomeJoin this Customer Services Strategy Team as a Customer Team Outcome Lead (CTOL) to pioneer new ways of working and drive legacy system modernization through domain-centric delivery. This role is pivotal in shifting our focus from technology-driven changes to customer-centric outcomes.This is a contract position until the end of August 2024.What You Will Do:

• Establish and facilitate SCRUM process with senior leaders, aiding decision-making and prioritisation.
• Support and coach cross-functional development teams in implementing new working methodologies, ensuring efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-team prioritisation, ensuring clear accountabilities.
• Contribute to developing and implementing a consistent performance management framework.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and relentless focus on outcomes.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Extensive experience in managing program delivery.
• Proficiency in working within Agile Delivery teams.
• Ability to foster collaboration between agile and non-agile teams.
