Agile Delivery Lead

• Permanent full-time role
• $135,000 - $150,000 + super pa
• Brisbane based / WFH option

The Company
Our client are a household name, and operate in the insurance space, working to improve the lives of people across Queensland. They are currently going through a period of change, and as a result are looking for a capable and experienced Agile Delivery Lead.The role
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of work assigned to the Agile Delivery squad. The delivery squad will be indirectly led by this role and will encompass team members from across the wider technology team.Duties:

• Ensure the delivery squad purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader vision, strategy, and customer roadmap
• Provide leadership on agreed delivery practices to the delivery squad
• Achieve continuous, quality delivery, with a focus on customer value and a maximised flow
• Perform delivery activities and facilitating agile ceremonies
• Make informed and dynamic decisions with relevant stakeholders to prioritise and maintain the delivery squad’s backlog of work
• Demonstrate stakeholder engagement and presentation skills

Skills & Experience:

• At least 4 years experience in a similar role
• Deep working knowledge of blended agile and waterfall delivery approaches, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders through effective communication
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Experience with capability and resource management
