We are looking for an Administrator to join our Agriculture team to provide support to all team members, contacts and customers. As well as providing timely processing of potato transactions within the Potato Contracting and Recieving (PCR) system, the Administrator will assist in the achievement in continuous improvement activities by ensuring current 'best practice' solutions are employed.
About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Smithton Field Department
Respond to incoming calls/visitors
Coordination of all site activities
Provide timely processing of potato transactions
Reconcile tonnages received on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accurate payments for suppliers
Generate accurate and timely reports
To understand, comply and where necessary, enforce company policies and practices
Promote and improve the Health & Safety culture
Maintain relationships with farmer suppliers, transport operators, weighbridge and factory team personnel
Provide travel assistance for the Field Manager and Potato Supply Manager
Ordering of all office stationery and catering requirements
Assist with and keep abreast of departmental plans to achieve targets/objectives
Provide adhoc support to other McCain departments where required
