The Role
To lead the development and integration of AI tools in Tibra’s existing infrastructure and processes, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and improving user experiences through automation.
- Define clear objectives for AI implementation
- Collaborate with various teams across Tibra to understand business needs and areas that would benefit from AI-driven improvement
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AI initiatives across Tibra
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Ability to code in Python
- Master's or PhD degree would be advantageous
- Certification in AI, Machine Learning or similar
- Familiarity with large language models
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development
- Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, or similar
