Mint Air conditioning & Refrigeration are a family owned and operated company specialising in residential and commercial Installations and servicing. Our office is located in Fyshwick, ACT and we carry out works in Canberra and throughout NSW.
We are expanding our group of legends and looking for an Air-Conditioning Installer to join our team and become part of the family. You will be working in a team completing residential and commercial installations of new AC systems.
We are looking for applicants that possess a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication skills, works well with others and have a strong work ethic if this sounds like you we want to hear from you!!
About the role
Airconditioning/Refrigeration Installer
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Have previous install experience and must have all trade qualifications and licenses.
- Be a team leader and help assist others when needed.
- Be able to work unsupervised and also with an apprentice.
- Carry out installations on domestic and commercial AC systems to a high standard.
- Candidate must be based in Canberra or surrounding region or able to relocate.
- In house and manufactures factory training will be provided.
Interviews by appointment only.
The successful applicant will be provided with:

Pay negotiable by experience.
