The Role:
We are seeking a Sales Representative that ideally has 1-2 years experience and can work reasonably autonomously and deal with minimum supervision. As well as be able to work accurately and proficiently, work to deadlines and can handle multiple taks.
Key Daily Duties:
- Processing of inbound orders � email and phone
- Handling customer queries and questions
- Liaising with Operations with regards to customer deliveries
- Managing customer complaints in a timely manner and escalating where required
- Updating customer CRM with notes and information
- General customer service duties.
Skills/Competencies:
- Competent with MS Word
- Competent with MS Office
- High regard to database management
- Work accurately and independently
- Strong IT skills and understanding
- Customer service skills
Ideal Background:
This role will suit a individual who is mature minded, pragmatic and can handle multiple tasks and enjoys working amongst the building and construction industry. You are someone who has good customer service skills, can build relationships with clients and has strong phone manner whilst speaking over the phone.
