Founded in 2020, Reactive Air is a Brisbane-based Air Conditioning company with commercial maintenance contracts between North Brisbane and Gold Coast. We deliver both service and installation services for our growing customer base which is spread across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. We are people-focused and strive to look after and reward all of our staff for their efforts and tenure.
The Role
We are currently on the look out for both qualified commercial Service Technicians and installers to join our team.
Our ideal service technician would be someone who:
Has a proven track record in maintaining and repairing industrial & commercial Air Conditioning equipment. We have recently been awarded larger mechanical contracts so someone with who has experience in centralised plant and equipment would be desired but not essential.
Our ideal installer would be someone who:
Takes pride in their workmanship and is across relevant Australian Standards. As a small business, we like to deliver mechanical services in-house, installing refrigerant pipe work, drainage and sheet metal / P3 duct work so would suit an all-rounder. Currently delivering industrial and light commercial mechanical services.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2-5 years post trade experience; on the job training to be provided where necessary.
High remuneration as well as other benefits will be offered to the suitable candidate.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Driver's Licence
- Australian residency
- Cert III Trade Certificate
- ARCtick Licence (QLD)
- QBCC Occupational Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence (QLD)
- Own hand tools
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic, customer focus, and positive attitude
In return, to the successful applicant, we offer:

- $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience
- 18k per annum car allowance or company car (whichever is preferred)
