AddressIn response to Veolia Energy's rapid growth, we have an opportunity for an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our Energy Services team based on the Sunshine Coast. The sites serviced are renowned for innovation, and you will have exposure to a range of technology geared towards sustainable outcomes.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be supported and guided by a team of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration tradespeople and Engineers to ensure that a high level of service is achieved, and that your training is delivered on a world class scale.
What's on offer- Be part of a team responsible for carrying out operational maintenance and repair works on a range of HVAC (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) plant and associated equipment for customers.
- On and off the job training provided (TAFE), with opportunities for upskilling and career development throughout your apprenticeship.
- Be mentored by a high calibre team of tradespeople and engineers.
- Assist with carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of all types of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment.
- Accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performed in line with contract KPI's
- Fostering and maintaining professional working relationships amongst the site team and client.
- Compliance with all safety, company and statutory policies and procedures at all times.
- Attending TAFE as a part of your apprenticeship
- Valid driver's licence (provisional is not an issue)
- Good time management and customer service skills
- Passionate about taking on a trade in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Positive and proactive approach to safety
- A solid attitude toward life and learning
