Bayside Comfort Solutions are the leading heating and cooling company based on the Mornington Peninsula and are seeking experienced HVAC technicians to join our install team.
If you are the person we are looking for, you’ll ideally be a few years out of your apprenticeship and have a well-rounded skillset in the heating and cooling industry. You might be frustrated by the extended travelling you’re required to do, or perhaps tired of working with clients that are unorganised and therefore make your job harder. Whether you come from a commercial or domestic background it doesn’t matter, we’re keen to hear from you regardless and will provide you with all the training you need to hit the ground running.

Your role will include:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be an integral part of our installation team. Whilst working in a team environment, your tasks will include installing:
- Split systems
- Ducted air conditioners
- Bulkhead systems
- Gas ducted heaters
- Cassette units
About You:
- Must have a current driver’s license
- Be comfortable working at heights
- Have a Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- The below are not necessary, but would be advantageous to your application:
- HVAC Trade Qualification with ARC license
- REC License
- WWC Check (Working with Children)
- VBA License
