Our company is a Civil Aviation Safety Authority Approved Aircraft Maintenance organization that performs Aircraft Maintenance activities at Aldinga airfield In the McLaren Vale wine region.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be working as a key member of a team of engineers and technicians, to efficiently provide Aircraft Maintenance services & support to aircraft owners and operators.
The specific role is to provide a technical administrative function to an aviation business including documentation support, control and planning, as well as inventory management.
Skills and ExperienceCandidates with aviation experience within the aviation administration field are preferred, with an emphasis on stock and inventory functions.
Previous experience with Aerotrack software and Xero accounting software is an advantage, but not an essential requirement.
This is a highly responsible position and candidates with experience in stock control, administration, accounting, or quality assurance from other industries will be preferred over aviation experience.
Training will be required and may last up to 3 months (depending on a knowledge gap analysis) to be undertaken upon commencement so a willingness to learn and adapt will be essential.
