Our client is currently seeking expressions of interests for an experienced Site Administrator. You will be a part of a state-of-the-art mining operation based in the Northern SA with high quality site accommodation and fully equipped catering facilities, this is a fantastic fly-in-fly-out role.
The role will be based in SA and offered as a FIFO ex Adelaide on a direct flight to the mine site.
Key duties:
- General administration assistance to the maintenance team as required
- Arrange for maintenance & repairs of equipment.
- Manage and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Meeting Administration (Bookings, Agenda, Minutes)
- Monitoring maintenance costs and expenses and entering data
- Ensures visitors and subcontractors have necessary site access, induction requirements
- Provide executive assistance to the supervisor and maintenance superintendent
- Collaborating with key suppliers in relation to any procurement queries.
- Facilitating site team queries, purchase orders, expense claims and any adhoc requests.
- Actively promote a Safety Culture among personnel and contractors.
- Experience in a similar role FIFO role - Desirable
- Well organized, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A high level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and Word
- Sound written and oral communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential information
- Ability to get along and work well in a small team environment
- Current C class drivers license mandatory.
