The Role
This position is allocated to a major technology company who import more than 30,000 shipments per annum. Youll service your VIP client and provide them with
Shipment status updates
Investigating where shipments are being held up
Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery KPIs are being met
Collating, extracting and manipulating high volumes of shipment data
Reporting on shipment volumes and KPI reports
Generating daily, monthly and quarterly reports
