We won’t settle for anything less than the best outcome.As the Airports Project Manager for Entry to Service Programs (EIS), you will be responsible for helping the business deliver strategic EIS projects. These projects include introduction of new fleet into ports, new routes, transition of suppliers in ports and the future state planning of next generation aircraft. You will develop governance, manage planning and delivery of programs and initiatives, and take responsibility for delivering on that plan for Global Airports.This role will work in a matrix fashion with others to develop a roadmap focussing on EIS, covering operational impacts, customer service experience and digital and tech-related requirements for Airports. With your project management experience, you will lead and participate in regular and on-going forums and engage stakeholders to deliver programs and support the implementation of EIS initiatives.You’ll have –
  • Strong background in program delivery/implementation methodologies, risk management and principles of change
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects or initiatives across multiple areas or business units
  • Ability to run forums with more senior management membership/participation
  • Ability to manage multiple cross functional projects, and prioritise resources accordingly across multiple and diverse areas
  • Ability and confidence to quickly identify key opportunities and issues in any business, and develop strategies or plans to capitalise on these opportunities or resolve issues Proven and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Broad understanding of the airline business both operationally and commercially
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to proposed methodologies and tools
  • Ability to analyse data as well as develop and interpret metrics to identify trends
  • Ability to develop strategies and plans to address negative trends
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal skills at all levels
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at the Senior Executive level
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategy within a business unit
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong commitment to business improvement and ability to drive change and make things happen
  • Strategic thinker, with ability to understand/interpret issues and propose creative solutions
