About the role

Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Albany Regional Manager to lead sales growth and management of Kleenheat facilities and LPG activities within the Albany region of Western Australia. As Regional Manager you will be responsible for championing employee engagement, safety and compliance, analytics, building strong community and customer engagement providing excellent customer service and the development of opportunities through the promotion of Kleenheat products.

In this varied and interesting role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring safety remains priority number one.
  • Build a high level of employee engagement and a high-performance team environment within your immediate team and across Kleenheat.
  • Drive branch, commission agent and dealer growth by securing new customers and retaining existing with a focus on safety, cost reduction, sales, and margin growth.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service by meeting customer expectation and resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Identify process improvements and new business opportunities.

To excel in the role, you’ll need the right mix of skills and experience, which for this position means:

  • Previous experience in a similar sale and/or account management role with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and action business growth opportunities.
  • Sound knowledge of financials and corporate budgets.
  • Understanding of legislation and requirements in a dangerous goods operating environment.
