Venue Manager -Albany/Esperance Region

The Ideal Applicant:

• Senior management experience from a large pub or a multi-site venue.
• High volume food and beverage exposure is a must.
• Previous medium to large team management experience with a love of developing great culture.
• Solid understanding of managing a P&L, expertly managing wage costs and COGS
• Experience in managing accommodation is desirable
• Driving a team to achieve KPIs and targets/budgets whilst creating a team focused culture
