AddressBoilermaker / Welder
The Role
We are seeking casual Boilermaker/Welders for project based within Kwinana Strip and Peel Region. The successful applicant will be able to commence as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- 6G Pipe Welding
- Structure Repairs
- Fabrication
- Project will require successful applicant to perform alternative duties (not welding or boiler making) when welding work is not available. This will be in line with capabilities and skill sets, and where appropriate training will be provided.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Boilermaker/Welder Trade Certificate
- Able to pass 6G weld test
- Experience working in a Shutdown environment
- Australian Drivers Licence/own transport
- Working at Heights (completed within 2 years)
- Confined Spaces (completed within 2 years)
- High Risk Work Licence
- Rigging qualification (advantageous)
- Be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen
- A positive attitude towards Zero Harm, safety & environment
