As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated and self-driven Alcohol Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Alcohol Sales Representative to focus on new client acquisition and the management of existing accounts. This role will primarily target Coles Liquor Group and ALM-ranged bars and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our wholesale artisan spirits in south and west Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on liquor retailers, primarily Coles Liquor Group stores.
  • Manage sales activities within the designated territory, covering south and west Sydney.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Utilise company market research data to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the head office to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Sales Representative preferred, preferably in the alcohol or spirits industry.
  • Self-driven with excellent personal management skills; able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the role.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the designated territory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Strong base salary of $65,000 to $75,000, with a very generous and unlimited commissions package.
  • Car allowance or novated lease option.
  • Company benefits including staff rates at hotels around NSW and staff discounts on all products.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Initial in-person training followed by ongoing support via Zoom, focusing on our systems, processes, and products. No formal sales training provided as we expect candidates to bring this experience.
