About the Role
This opportunity is a combination of receptionist, housekeeping and waterpark responsibilities. The role will predominantly be based front of house at the reception desk reception with some cleaning and waterpark responsibilities of common areas including the community room, waterpark area and Laundry as well as cleaning of our cabins on occasion.
This is a casual opportunity with more hours to be picked up during peak season.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities.
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park.
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to ensure all cleaning requirements are attended to on occasion and to a high standard.
- Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
About You
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
