We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service and Office Allrounder to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the provision of top notch customer service as well as assisting with the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised, and capable of handling a diverse range of administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve the front counter including answering telephone to take orders, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the business by generating invoices and general accounts work and assisting all departments with admin duties and managing customer correspondence and enquiries.
- Assist the office manager in the general running and upkeep of the HBW Head Office.
We are looking for the following:
- Proven experience in administrative or customer facing /customer service positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of accounts type work (e.g., debtors, creditors etc.)
- Sound knowledge of food products and foodservice operations, including an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
