Sports ‘n’ Spines Chiropractic Clinic in Redland Bay is looking for a second ‘Reception Superstar’ to join our team.
We need an individual who can provide the best experience for our clients, take care of our chiropractors & run the "front of house" duties. If you have a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude have initiative & foresight in spades, with a willing interest to go above & beyond, whilst working in a non toxic fun environment then this role is for you.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a history in medical/health care admin
- Is savvy with numbers, computers, excel & social media
- Has initiative, intuition & foresight on tap
- Doesn’t fear a busy environment
- Is organised
- Is able to multitask
- Is meticulous
- Likes to dot their 'i's & cross their 't's
- Has a great bedside & phone manner
- Is a people person
- Is able to work autonomously & in a team (all shifts you will be the solo receptionist managing front of house)
- Is able to take instruction & act quickly
-Is willing to commit long term
-Is happy to engage in general cleaning
The role is a casual (though shifts don’t vary much) part-time, job share position, offering approximately 22-25 hours per week with a three day weekend if desired. All shifts other than a Wednesday pm till close and all day Friday are open to discussion for the right candidate. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-12:30pm then 2-7pm so shifts may vary between half days either am or pm or full days. Holiday cover will also be required periodically.
