As the Clinical Midwife - Clinical Facilitator you will deliver clinical support and practice enhancement activities designed to meet identified organisational and individual learning and development needs of Midwives within the clinical setting. You will be an autonomous, senior level clinician who can provide leadership in clinical decision-making and coordinate care. You will be compassionate, ensuring that patient centred care is the focus of your approach.
