- Allied Health Assistant Certificate (as defined by the Health and Allied Services Award) or equivalent health related education
- Experience working with a team of allied health professionals
- Experience running exercise groups
- Highly developed interpersonal skills that incorporate excellent communication with health professionals and clients of varying ages and cultural backgrounds
- Highly developed skills of organization, planning and problem solving
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of patient and own safety
- Current Driver’s licence
- Experience in rehabilitation is highly desirable
- Current National criminal history check or willing to obtain
