KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Allied Health professional or tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline and eligibility for membership of an appropriate Australian professional association in the discipline.
- Demonstrated clinical experience providing clinical education to multidisciplinary staff using adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
- Experience in the ability to design, develop and evaluate professional education, with Training and Assessment Certificate IV TAE40110 or willingness to obtain.
- Evidence of excellent negotiation, decision making and advisory skills including abilities to effectively build and maintain professional relationships and interact collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills, ability to prioritise and to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of and experience with quality improvement and evidence based practice.
- Strong computer literacy with excellent skills in education technologies including web-based learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
