About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to lead a team of rehab consultants on the Central Coast!
As an Allied Health Manager, you will plan and manage business operations and provide leadership to your team, ensuring that the business
objective of ensuring a return to work and wellbeing for every person we work with is met. You will over see a the return to work management of a range of clients, predominantly NSW Worker's Compensation with scope for working in Life Insurance, Comcare (including DVA) and CTP scheme.
Key responsibilities include;
- Foster a culture of performance excellence in service delivery and achieve budgeted profit and loss targets.
- Mentor and supervise consultants to meet service delivery, customer service, and billable targets, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to standards.
- Oversee recruitment, induction, training of staff, and manage performance appraisals and professional development.
- Undertake business development activities to grow existing and new business for the branch.
- Manage rehabilitation cases, including administrative functions, documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with systems and processes and champion continuous improvement and innovation.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehab Counselling
- Relevant registration (i.e AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
- Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential
- Experience within employment services (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management (desired)
- Previous leadership and management experience (essential)
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian driver's licence
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
