OccPhyz Consulting is QLD's only specialist group practice of Occupational & Environmental Physicians. We are QLD's leading specialist practice providing medical services to government agencies, insurers, employers, solicitors and other health professionals. Our area of expertise is in occupational & environmental medicine, medicolegal assessments and health surveillance medicals for RCS.

We are looking for an energetic person with exceptional leadership experience and communications skills with knowledge in practice healthcare systems.
Our perfect PM is someone who can lead a team, and is capable of driving a team of specialists to provide a high level of medical services to the whole of QLD. This vital role is well remunerated for the importance of this role.
Qualifications & experience
- 5 years minimum clinical administration
- Diploma of Professional Practice Leadership or equivalent
- HR management, minimum 5 years experience
- Business planning experience

- Payroll and basic bookkeeping
- Policy and procedure maintenance and development
- Client liaison and management
- Client contracts
- Grants and tender applications
- Marketing our newsletter and social media posts
- Liaise with business professionals
