About the Role
PEAK is on the look out for our next receptionist (known as All Stars). The role of our All Stars is to provide a raving fan experience for all our athletes (patients). Some of the tasks that an All Star would preform include:
- Diary Management to ensure high occupancy, minimal cancellations and maximising revenue;
- Handling questions and queries via phone, email and other general correspondence;
- Create raving fan experiences through all athlete interactions;
- Athlete and third party billing and receipting;
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and consumables;
- Performing additional ad-hoc administration duties
The Ideal Candidate:
