The Services Support Officer plays a vital role in enhancing Allied Health services by overseeing appointments, managing timekeeping, and delivering outstanding customer service. They assist both staff and clients, enhance systems, and positively influence individuals with MS and other neurological conditions through ongoing improvement initiatives.
In this full-time permanent role, work 2 days a week from our brand-new purpose-built workspace nestled at Milton’s Park Road, and accessible by multiple public transport options, join a respectful, supportive, transparent, and collaborative team at MS Queensland where values are at the core.
In this newly created position, you will:- Ensure exceptional end-to-end customer experience by coordinating funding, troubleshooting issues, handling appointments, and managing replacements.
- Manage Outlook inboxes efficiently, respond promptly to emails, prioritise tasks, and maintain organised communication.
- Exercise a high level of interpersonal skills in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; including developing effective relationships with customers including overseeing customer journey from intake to exit, referrers, MS Queensland Finance, Customer Support, and NDIS Support Teams.
- Accurately enter data into CareLink and databases. Prepare service agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, handle claims processes efficiently, and update CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders; liaise with customers on agreements, invoices, payments; report on customer data for insights.
- Support internal office administration tasks regularly; manage outcomes diligently.
- Assist in obtaining wage subsidy evidence and managing pending appointments for customers.
- Finalise purchase orders, invoicing/Xero tasks; review compliance reports; ensure contractual requirements are met in service delivery activities.
- Stay informed about CoAct services' auditory requirements with Employment Services team's assistance.
About you:
- Experience in not-for-profit/community services, disability services in an NDIS environment, office administration, and business support.
- Self-motivated with team and independent work experience. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload, collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of working with individuals with disabilities and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication skills for internal/external partnerships.
- Excellent customer service skills and rapport-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and complex database software or CRM system.
