The opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic Allied Health Practitioners ~ Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Occupational Therapists to join our team in a full or part time capacity. You’ll share our values and bring a drive to achieve results, a flexible can-do approach and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve optimal client outcomes.
This role involves a broad caseload in compensable injury assessments and occupational Health Rehabilitation, plus the option of additional diversity working with our sister company Verve with NDIS and private clients should this be of interest to you.
Responsibilities include;
- Functional and clinical assessments,
- Activities of daily living assessments,
- Return to work services,
- Pre-employment services,
- Manual handling training and ergonomic education,
- Pain education,
- Developing and monitoring functional skill development programs
- Therapeutic interventions, treatment services.
You’ll work particularly in the areas of musculoskeletal injuries, chronic and acute injury and rehabilitation, falls, balance and strength training, and pain management.
Your interventions will be tailored to each clients’ functional performance needs, and include objective assessment outcome measures, equipment assessment, prescription and education, and pain education. And you’ll be really well supported to provide high quality and efficient service and care, plus extend your skills, experience and knowledge.

You’re a team player, working effectively with both clinical and admin colleagues, and possess great time management skills to ensure all clinical and documentation aspects of your role are delivered in a timely manner.
We’re passionate about supporting our team members’ professional and personal growth. As such, you need a willingness and drive to learn and grow, plus contribute your knowledge and skills to the rest of the team.
A minimum 3 years OT, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology practice experience is highly desirable, but we also welcome new graduates to apply. Experience or interest in pain education, occupational rehabilitation would also be an advantage.
You have current AHPRA registration, a current driver’s licence and your own transport.
